Nightly rate is 1/6th the weekly rate for each cabin except Tree Top. Tree Top's nightly rate is 1/5th the Tree Top weekly rate. 

Charge for extra persons $23 per day.
Rates subject to Minnesota sales tax (6.875%) and area lodging surcharge (1%).

Reservation Information

  • A deposit of half the rent for each cabin reservation is required. For large groups (3 or more cabins) the balance (not including taxes) is due 45 days prior to check-in.
  • Cancellation Policy: Deposit refunded after all cabins are filled, less a $75 rebooking fee.
  • A deposit of $200 is required if renting one of the deluxe fishing boats.
  • Telephone and e-mail reservations held 7 days without deposit. Reservations final after we receive your check and you receive a confirmation from us by mail or email.
  • Please remember to bring your own kitchen, beach and bath towels, or you may rent some from us. Bed linens are provided.
  • Reservations normally run Saturday to Saturday. However, early and late in the season we will rent on days that fit your vacation plans.
  • Don't hesitate to call anytime (1-800-THE-PIKE)... last minute openings do occur.
  • We have an all quiet rule from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • Day Visitors: For the privacy and security of our resort guests, please get prior approval for visitors and have them register at the lodge. Under some circumstances, we reserve the right to charge for visitors. ($23 per person per day.)
  • ATVs welcome in the spring and fall, but must be trailered on and off the resort. Be sure to mention that you will be bringing ATVs when you make your reservation.
  • We do not allow jet skis, camping, fireworks or pets of any kind.
  • All cottages are non-smoking. All cabins are non-smoking.
  • Check in time Saturday 4:00 P.M FIRM. Check out time Saturday 9:00 A.M.
  • Boat rental available - 14, 16 or 18 foot fishing boats for $170, $350 or $495 per week. Also available daily.
