PARMESAN FISH FILLETS INGREDIENTS 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese ![]() |
In shallow dish combine Parmesan cheese with flour. Dip fish into Parmesan cheese mixture to coat well. In 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in hot margarine, cook fillets until golden on both sides and fish flakes easily when tested with fork, about 5 minutes. Remove fish to warm platter; pour drippings in skillet over fish. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 4 servings. Each serving has approx. 230 calories and 12 g fat.
