Lodge Amenities
Our lodge has a pool table, pinball, TV, VCR, games, books and magazines.
We sell candy, pop, ice cream and pizza, as well as sweatshirts, t-shirts and
other souveniers. The lodge provides activity and entertainment and is also
a spot for visiting and relaxing.
In the lodge, we now have FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS for your
wireless ready laptop computer! Guests have also had success using their
own Verizon or AT&T air cards, too.
We think a quaint lodge, in addition to our lake cabins, will enhance your
Minnesota resort vacation. Minnesota resorts are famous for their lodges.
Itasca State Park
Two Inlets Resort offers lodging near Itasca State Park. Just north of Park Rapids, Minnesota, it's the most visited state park in Minnesota and is right in our back yard! Most people who stay at Two Inlets Resort spend at least a day or two at the park while they are on vacation.
Itasca State Park is home to the headwaters of the Mississippi River, Aiton Heights Fire Tower (one of the few towers open to the public), Minnesota's Record Red Pine, a variety of naturalist programs and historical buildings. Hiking, biking, fishing and boating are very popular recreational activities within Itasca State Park. For your convenience, Itasca Sports rents bikes for you to use on the many paved bike trails that the park has to offer. If you'd rather go hiking, there are over 30 miles of trails within Itasca State Park's unique old growth pine ecosystem. Coborn's Lake Itasca Tours offers naturalist narrated boat tours to the Mississippi River Headwaters.
